EKM has officially been given a three-star rating by Best Companies. It’s the highest score achievable and is reserved for ‘world class’ employers.
Our business employs a team of over 80, based within our 23,000 sq ft headquarters at Fulwood. Purpose-built to our specifications, it features a free-to-use gym, a fully-equipped kitchen with free snacks, free parking and open green areas and, perhaps most notable, a giant slide from the top floor to the ground floor.
However, aside from our spectacular home, it has been our quick response to the coronavirus pandemic which has seen us score so highly. We were among the first to encourage our entire team to work from home when the pandemic first made national headlines.
Our plan is to continue to offer remote working opportunities even when lockdown lifts. This will sit alongside our flexible working hours arrangements that enable individuals to accrue up to 12 additional days of holiday towards a possible 46 paid holidays per year.
