In the latest installment of #teamEKM, we had a quick chat with Sarah from our Account Management team to learn more about her and her role within EKM.
1. Tell me about your role at EKM
“My role as an Account Manager at EKM is diverse, challenging and rewarding. My job is to help online businesses with EKM get set up and selling as quickly as possible. We understand that starting an online business can often seem daunting (especially if you don’t have any online experience), so I’m here to help new customers find a design that works for their business and help them get all their back office setting in line prior to ‘launch’. I will be the main point of contact for my customers for the first 6 months of their eCommerce journey.”
2. Tell me a fun fact about yourself
“If I could be any animal I would be a sea turtle. :)”
3. What’s your favourite thing about working at EKM?
“I love the passion that my customers have for their businesses and it makes me proud that I can do my bit to help them achieve their vision.”
4. Give me one eCommerce prediction for the next 3 years
“I think social media will continue to become a bigger player in the buying decisions made by consumers. With so much time now being spent on social, it’s not just important for businesses to take social seriously, it’s essential. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll only use social to find products.”
