To succeed in Account Management, you will need:
To provide a high standard of customer support via email, live chat, telephone in order to exceed the customer’s expectations
To provide advice and support on the range of EKM products
To provide support on platforms outside of the EKM platform which are beneficial to EKM customers, such as Facebook and Google products (full training will be given)
To adhere to and surpass your individual and team Key Performance Indicators
To work alongside your colleagues in a team and be able to work independently as required
To offer reviews of customers websites, providing them with an accurate report on what tasks still need completing on their account
To liaise with different departments and individuals to help resolve customer’s issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent probing questioning and influencing skills
Self motivated, enthusiastic and positive outlook to life
Highly organised, proactive individual capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
You want to learn and improve yourself through self development and inhouse company training
None of these are required but if you know some or all of these you will improve your chances of joining our team:
Good knowledge on Google Products
Good knowledge on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
Experience with shopping online
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
Basic understanding of Excel
