We're looking for a PPC Account Manager

What does the job entail?

As a PPC Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing EKM’s digital services and products for EKM customers as well as supervising the ever growing digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google AdWords and Shopping campaigns on behalf of EKM clients and advise on content strategy
  • Manage Facebook advertising campaigns on behalf of EKM Clients and advise on content strategy.
  • Keep accurate and up to date information on company systems.
  • Apply knowledge of digital marketing products & services to ensure clients campaigns are successful and managed appropriately.
  • Ensure digital campaigns are managed effectively and within agreed client budgets.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of internal & external customer needs and ensure campaign reporting is delivered on time.
  • Understand and adhere to ekm.com and Industry compliance standards.
  • Positively articulate company products, propositions and marketing messages for existing and new developments.
  • To attend and contribute to daily/weekly/monthly meetings both on and off site in a positive and creative manner.
  • Adherence to company policies as per staff handbook.

Personal Specification

  • Essential:
    • Detailed knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising products
    • Competitive drive to succeed
    • Self starter with high energy with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment to achieve an agreed business plan
    • Demonstrate ability to build professional and influential customer relationships and a strong team player internally
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to compile reports
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Competent with Google and Facebook products
  • Desirable:
    • Certified in Google products
    • Technical understanding of the ecommerce industry
    • Good commercial awareness
    • Intermediate Excel skills
    • Understanding of retail marketing
