We're looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager
£25k per annum
What does the job entail?
As the Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing EKM’s digital services and products for EKM customers as well as supervising the ever growing digital marketing team.
Manage Google AdWords and Shopping campaigns on behalf of EKM clients and advise on content strategy
Manage Facebook advertising campaigns on behalf of EKM Clients and advise on content strategy.
Keep accurate and up to date information on company systems.
Apply knowledge of digital marketing products & services to ensure clients campaigns are successful and managed appropriately.
Effectively supervise MPPC team and ensure digital campaigns are managed effectively and within agreed client budgets.
Develop and maintain an understanding of internal & external customer needs and ensure campaign reporting is delivered on time.
Understand and adhere to ekm.com and Industry compliance standards.
Positively articulate company products, propositions and marketing messages for existing and new developments.
To attend and contribute to daily/weekly/monthly meetings both on and off site in a positive and creative manner.
Adherence to company policies as per staff handbook.
Detailed knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising products

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to compile reports

Competent with Google and Facebook products
Certified in Google products
Technical understanding of the ecommerce industry
Good commercial awareness
Intermediate Excel skills
Understanding of retail marketing
