No, they are there if you need them however if you would like to go it alone you are more than welcome.

You will be able to contact your Account Manager via phone or email.

How long do I have my Account Manager for?
On a Standard plan you will have an Account Manager for the six months after you sign up. With EKM Advanced and EKM Pro you will have an Account Manager for the lifetime of your contract.
